The art of the possible

It is logical that Declan Ganley would suss out feelings nationwide before embarking on a new party. To state that there is no mood for a new political movement is wishful thinking on her part. Austerity and abortion, contrary to her assertions, are the issues that galvanise the electorate and have sent tens of thousands onto the streets and caused such a dramatic dip in support of Government parties.

Declan Ganley is up against it with the media so orchestrated against him. Ms Prone admits as much in referencing a second opinion piece in the Irish Examiner in as many weeks, also asserting the futility of Ganley’s efforts.
