Rickshaws breaking all the rules of the road

I recently read in your newspaper that Cork City Council cannot legally regulate the use of rickshaws on the streets of Cork City.

As a taxi driver, I did not read that article until late in the evening, as I had to pay €80 for ‘stickers’ that deface my car, and for that purchase I received no government assistance.

I was also delayed as I had an NCT, which cost €55. My car failed on a blown bulb, so I must pay €28 for a retest in five days.
