Creche inspections ignored

I’ve just read that Frances Fitzgerald, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, is to ask the HSE to review the creche-inspection reports.

All I can think is ‘what’s the point in carrying out the inspections, if the reports are not being reviewed’.

Another case of the HSE not being fit for purpose.
