Apple tax may bite back

Our friends in the USA seem to have the impression that we in Ireland have a Garden of Eden with a coveted juicy taxless apple.

Apple tax may bite back

They have demonstrated their annoyance that the low hanging (Apple) fruit dangles temptingly outside of their grasping tax reach.

If a special tax rate has been allowed to Apple by government, hopefully it will not come back to bite them, leaving a sour taste.

Those giving it should be weary that the apple never falls far from the tree.

One might wonder if the appliance of an apple a day to keep the tax man at bay has only succeeded in giving him the pip in the USA!
