Excuse is hard to swallow

So Alan Shatter gets away with a roadside Garda breath test because he was a bit “wheezy” from asthma?

I wonder would this excuse work on the average Joe Soap — because if it works for our masters, then why not us?

If he was that impaired by his asthma, then surely he should not have been behind the wheel.
