Social media report - Irish firms ill-prepared

It is astonishing how seemingly ill-prepared are Irish companies for the era of the social media.

According to a report, a staggering 80% of employees spend nearly an hour every day tweeting, posting, or whatevering.

Effectively leaving them open to disputes, abuse, and potential litigation, almost half the country’s employers have no social media policy, according to law firm William Fry.
