Sunderland deserves a red card for di Canio

It is simply unbelievable that a famous football club like Sunderland would appoint the well-known fascist Paolo di Canio as its manager.

Fascism is on the rise all over Europe. Here in Ireland we had the memorial dedicated to anti-fascists in Monagear, Co Wexford disturbed by well-known fascists last August. We have ministers in Government who don’t know the difference between fascism and communism.

In Greece we see the rise of fascism all too clearly.
