Where’s the reform?

The Government has approved a salary of €200,000 for the head of Irish Water, which we the taxpayers will be forced to pay, on top of all the other charges, to keep a new State boss, and a bureaucracy to match, in a lifestyle that is beyond the financial means of the ordinary taxpayers of this country.

The Fine Gael/Labour Coalition came to power on the promise of reform in the public service, what we have got is only more of the same bestowed upon us by the previous administration, Fianna Fáil.
