Changing traffic lanes

There is an old joke about how, although we drive on the left hand side of the road now, we are going to change over to driving on the right. But just to be careful, we’ll phase it in.

Cork City Council’s plans to alter traffic flow in various ways, such as changing the direction of traffic on at least one lane of Merchants’ Quay, obviously brings that one back into fashion.
