The weight of the vote

I was much relieved to read that the legal challenge taken against the clearly very objective children’s referendum had failed.

The weight of the vote

I was surprised at the suggestion raised that the YES posters were designed in such a way to emotionally blackmail the voter into voting Ta. I was also shocked to read that so few understand what the referendum is actually about. It is clear from the informative posters this is about kids being sad about heavy school bags, carrying around those massive pencils. I believe also that if they do away with these pencils it might be more difficult to impress upon the teacher when she is disrespecting pupils’ rights — a jab in the backside with the same pencils would clear up any misconceptions from the teacher that she might have had about her having any rights.
