The principal reasons there has been a drop in British visitors here are that family members are already residing here and that most of the main streets of our cities and town centres now resemble English 'high streets'.

As for our avid soccer followers and 'Oirish' versions of their tabloid media combined with their satellite broadcasts, why should they visit a place that looks an ersatz version of their backyard!
