Some 70% of the health budget is spent on pay and pensions, with the remaining 30% going on frontline services and community care.

The caring, sharing, Labour Party tell us that they are opposed to cuts to the frontline, but at the same time they continually oppose any changes to the scandalous pay arrangements protected by the Croke Park Agreement.

How can they defend this hypocrisy?
