Cork team deserves better support

As one of the few Cork supporters in Croke Park on Sunday, Aug 5, to see the game between Cork and Kildare, I felt sorry for my team’s lack of support.

This team is one of the best to wear the Cork jersey.

They have won more competitions than any other Cork team: McGrath Cups, national leagues, Munster championships and an All Ireland.

They deserve more support than they are receiving.

Soon, they will play Donegal in the All Ireland semi-final and I can assure you that Donegal will not be lacking support, so let’s pull out all the stops and get to Croke Park and support this Cork team.

The Cork supporters have a great name, even in hard times, so let’s prove it.
