Early birthday tribute

Lest we forget, ravenous red-haired beauty of the silver screen Maureen O’Hara celebrates her 92nd birthday on Aug 17 and that’s pure gold.

My favourite O’Hara movies are Miracle on 34th Street and The Quiet Man.

Although she appeared in many other fine films, I’ll never forget her wonderful performances in these two gems.

And, oh yes, I’m green with envy for her remarkable achievements.

Talk about a colourful life.
