Who pays salaries?

I would like to ask the thousands of “public servants” one simple question: Where does the money for your salaries come from?

I am reminded of the old saying that if you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on the support of Paul. And now an intellectual challenge for them. If you can prove definitively that the country would be worse off without you, we will agree to continue to pay you.
