Pay up, please

As an OAP who has paid the household charge, I am annoyed that Cllr Sean Martin declined to pay his contribution.

Mr Martin has in excess of €30,000 pay and expenses from Cork City Council. Where does he expect this money to come from?

His household charge should automatically be deducted from his expenses.
