Recruitment ban

It seems there was never a recruitment ban in effect.

There are about 30 economists being hired by FG/Labour. Important frontline staff such as gardaí and nurses are needed now. This Government has delivered U-turns, salary cap breaches, etc. In any country such as Greece, Egypt and Libya they’d be gone by now. What’s wrong with the Irish people?
