The recent figures for retail sales in Apr show a decline of 1.5% compared to Mar 2012 and an annual decrease of 2.7%.

These figures have just been released by the CSO. If there was ever a picture of how austerity isn’t working, then ask the business sector and the small businesses in particular. It is time to stop the rot.
