Goodwill gesture

RTE’s Joe Little reported that a few hundred people attended the recent We Are Church protest outside the residence of the Papal Nuncio in Dublin.

From what I have been told the attendance was closer to a few dozen, and the report either constituted wishful thinking or a failure to grasp hard sums on behalf of Joe.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, my long-standing offer to We Are Church to hold their agm in the snug of my local remains open. Pope Benedict draws 2 million young people to Madrid — compare and contrast, as they say!.
