Double standards by Western countries

It’s very obvious to spot the double standards and hypocrisy of Western countries.

For example, when North Korea announced their intended launch of a new rocket (which failed just minutes after take-off) there was a lot of a hullabaloo and criticism from western countries.

Yet when India announced a testing of a new long-range missile Agri 5, with nuclear capabilities and a range of 5000 kilometres, the United States, which led the criticism of North Korea, appeared to warily endorse the Indian missile launch.
