I listened with incredulity to Roisin Shortall being reported over the weekend as stating that if the reforms were not implemented in the Health Sector that there would be further cuts in services.

Would it not be more appropriate to fire those in the HSE who were incapable of delivering the necessary reform rather than cutting the services!
