Deserved apology
As an Irish emigrant I have wondered if a British or American investor would have been treated in such a fashion as he was.
Like many who left I have often longed for a life in Ireland, but reading the Mahon Report has been the end of that.
Yet why do I feel that those named in the report will pay little or no price for it.
Will Flynn or Ahern’s children ever need to take the emigrant plane? I doubt it.
