Lack of rural facilities ‘a disgrace’

I want to complain about the lack of facilities in rural areas of Ireland for both children and adults.

I think this is a disgrace, considering all the money spent foolishly during the Celtic Tiger.

If there were more sport or entertainment facillities, for example in rural Ireland, this could stop underage drinking. The facilities would keep people out of trouble and keep them busy. It could also stop vandalism and crime.
