What price for the truth?

Why on earth are people outraged at the Mahon Tribunal findings?

Irish political corruption is hardly a new concept.

It would be simplistic to believe that any amount of law will ever ensure the fullest revelation of donations in party accounts. The truth should cost neither €5 nor €300m. No-one should profit from pursuit of the truth. Such principles are nothing but words in a small and ineffectual political club.
