NCT for trolleys

With the Government desperate for novel ways of imposing further taxes they should look at introducing an NCT for supermarket trolleys.

I believe this would be fully supported by the public.

Many believe trolleys have a mind of their own in their determination to guide shoppers into the path of oncoming traffic. They also appear to be reluctant to leave supermarkets, often resisting trolley pushers’ attempts to guide them towards the checkouts — a management ploy no doubt.
