NCT for trolleys
I believe this would be fully supported by the public.
Many believe trolleys have a mind of their own in their determination to guide shoppers into the path of oncoming traffic. They also appear to be reluctant to leave supermarkets, often resisting trolley pushers’ attempts to guide them towards the checkouts — a management ploy no doubt.
As for static electricity, collectively they could easily power a small household.
It is time to get these pests under control. An NCT and a junior ministerial post on offer should get the whole thing rolling in the right direction.
