Money not well spent

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has millions of euro to spend on the Eucharistic Congress in Dublin in June but not on education, health, special needs for the elderly and children, and support services for the homeless.

Money not well spent

From what I hear, there will be protests against the Eucharistic Congress, unlike the last time the Eucharistic Congress was held in Ireland in 1932. This is not 1932. It’s not Christian to be cutting education, health, special needs for the elderly and children and cuttings services for the homeless. No wonder so many of us have turned our backs on religion.
