An open-and-shut case

Why do idiots open the windows on the bus when it’s cold or when it’s raining, and/or there’s half a storm, but close them when it’s warm?

They don’t like it when you close them, even though the other passengers are discomforted.

There’s an easy solution to this problem: Bus Éireánn and Iarnród Éireann have buses and trains with windows that can’t be opened and have air conditioning.

If it has been done by Bus Éireánn and Iarnród Éireánn, then Bus Átha Cliath can do it.

A question for Bus Átha Cliath: can a driver ask a passenger to close a window?
