Why do idiots open the windows on the bus when it’s cold or when it’s raining, and/or there’s half a storm, but close them when it’s warm?

They don’t like it when you close them, even though the other passengers are discomforted.

There’s an easy solution to this problem: Bus Éireánn and Iarnród Éireann have buses and trains with windows that can’t be opened and have air conditioning.
