School accommodation

THERE has been much discussion on the ongoing debate with regard to student fees.

One of the reasons given is the cost factor within the university sector.

We have a unique opportunity due to the State involvement in Nama to save this country millions upon millions in the education sector, by stopping the continued payment of high rental accommodation in the schools across this state.

Nama have numerous buildings in nearly every town. It is time that there was some foresight and link up with the various state bodies to save this country some money. I look forward to the Minister for Education’s comments on this matter.
