Two much for the EU

I THOUGHT the EU was an equal federation of 27 states.

This great union is being pushed around by two big bully boys, France and Germany.

Where are Herman Van Rompuy of the European Council and Josè Manuel Barosso of the European Commission? These guys need to face down the bullies.
