Double-entry blunder

HAVING watched the PAC on television questioning Mr Cardiff, and his analogy of the helmsman on the stormy seas, was he the pilot on the Marie Celeste, frankly, to lose €3.6bn on double entry bookkeeping and be informed on four separate occasions of this error?

Double-entry blunder

Listening to his bland statement — that there would be no number crunchers left if they had to fire everybody that made mistakes — the only ones left, Mr Cardiff, would be those suitable for purpose, and I include you in that.
