Paying for incompetence

REGARDING the so-called “stealth tax” on insurance, why should customers have to pay for the incompetence of insurance company executives?

We are already burdened with paying for the incompetence of bankers, who failed to foresee what was obvious to any intelligent person. They should be sacked and stripped of all assets to pay towards losses and the government must close the loopholes they use to retain their regal lifestyle. They should join the dole queue along with their victims.
