No place for bikes

ADAM D’ARCY from the Cork Cycling Campaign (Letters, August 16) commendably calls for “safer interaction between cyclists and car drivers”.

Happily, those cyclists who also drive “know to look out for pedestrians”. If only all cyclists would keep off the footpaths.
