Giving FF a wide berth

IN your August 12 edition, you had an article entitled “Gallagher anxious to sever links with FF”.

Mr Gallagher previously, and up to recently, had many links with that party. Gay Byrne will accept a nomination from that party, but does not want to be seen as their candidate.

What is it about FF that so many want to give them a wide berth now?
