Snail’s pace way of getting things done

HOW long does it take to get anything done around here? When does the means justify the means? Why is this country so wedded to process?

The last week has thrown up a number of examples of why this country is so difficult to run. Leave aside, for a minute, the bankers. Park your ire for the political process. Back off from the culture of vested interests.

Just take a peek at a cultural phenomenon that does a grave disservice to the country. Getting anything done takes so long that process itself has become an end, rather than a means.
