Why charge levy now?

THERE is a matter which I’d like to focus attention on.

A levy of 3% is charged on every insurance premium for the last 27 years.

It was imposed on all to rescue the PMPA Co in 1982-1983, which was in danger of bankruptcy.

It served its purpose for a few years, but why is it being charged now?

The PMPA is now long gone. It is known as Axa.
