HOW can Ireland recover when we’re still being ripped off?

On a recent trip to London I bought a dress for £50. On the tag it read €76. The dress was too big so I brought it back when I returned home and got in return €62.50. How can there be €13.50 in the difference? It has made me think twice before shopping.
