Show is over for anti-coursing brigade

I WOULD like to compliment your coursing correspondent Diarmuid O’Flynn on his excellent coverage of the National Coursing Meeting in Clonmel recently.

Here we have a man who knows his sport and also knows so many people involved in the sport throughout the country.

This was certainly the best coverage I have seen.

Also, I see in your paper that the usual minority of animal rights activists were present on the final day.

Now that their friends in the Green Party are about to be wiped out with the help of all field sport people, maybe it’s time that their hare-brained supporters folded up their posters for good.
