Age of corruption

Age of corruption

The gambling debts of bankers and of property developers are, it seems, to be paid for by the deaf, the blind, the mentally ill, poor students, pensioners, workers on the minimum wage, the unemployed and so on (the list is virtually endless). This is not a brave new world of European harmony and peace, but a new dark age of greed and corruption.
