Nothing compared to tragedy of suicide
Grief, downright real sadness is shocking. I’m referring to Steven King’s column on your newspaper (Dec 8). I know so many women and men some in their prime who succumbed to suicide. If we, who are not related to one of these people and feel so bad about what happened, how much more must those who are related in one way or another really feel.
It must be absolutely devastating. What happened in the Dáil pales insignificance. Facing into the season of goodwill with all its joys must hold very little pleasure in coming to terms with suicide mystery and the big why? Spare a thought and a little prayer.
