Look who wants us to take to the streets

IN Greece the chant when they went on the streets was “we’re not the Irish”. Indeed not.

Look who wants us to take to the streets

It seems, after two years of sitting on the sidelines while our country went down the pan, we’ve finally woken up and as a sign of our outrage we’re about to have, wait for this... a ‘protest march’... next week.

A march organised by the very people who were hand in glove around the table with the very Government responsible for the mess we’re in.

Do they not see the irony and absurdity of this – not to mention its utter, total futility?

No wonder we’re about to be bailed out. If this is the best we can do, we deserve it. No one with a half functioning brain could take this country seriously anymore
