Count me out this once, says protest veteran
At mass tomorrow I will have the privilege, totally undeserved, to be with Jesus crucified. While in his infinitely merciful presence, I will have the chance to tell him I love him and how sorry I am for the sins that caused him such suffering.
Despite my shortcomings, I will be included in the joy and blessing of his resurrection. There I can place all of my family’s needs and the needs of the long, long list of people I have promised to pray for in the loving heart of Jesus in the holy Eucharist.
