IN his Béal na mBláth address, Finance Minister Brian Lenihan is quoted as understanding the public “incomprehension and anger” at the vast sums of money being pumped into the banking sector.

Would he have the same understanding for the public incomprehension at the hagiographic coverage by obsequious journalists of a minister who was a prominent member of a government whose decisions nearly bankrupted the country?
