In praise of Mullen

I’M sure I speak for many voters who feel Rónán Mullen has been a breath of fresh air in a political system virtually poisoned with cronyism, corruption and uncritical compliance.

Firstly, Senator Mullen has done the state some considerable service by highlighting the obvious tacit acceptance of expense abuse by some members of the Oireachtas.

Given the nature and manner of the revelation, it is perfectly understandable that he would not wish to name the source of the story.
