FF backbencher prompts a Freudian slip

I NOTICED, with amusement, a typographical error in a photo caption in your issue of June 10 in which Fianna Fáil TD John McGuinness is quoted as saying “bankbenchers (sic) must be kept informed” of developments in the banking saga.

A Freudian slip on behalf of the sub-editor, perhaps, informing us of where he or she thinks the loyalties of the Fianna Fáil party lie?
