WE all need a place to run and hide, a place to think sometimes. For me, oftentimes, it is no further than the bottom of the garden with a cup of tea, a newspaper and perhaps a cigarette.

A bad day at work and it might be the gym, or the bath, or a bar I’ve never been to before where I know no one and no one knows me.

At times in my life, nothing has cleared the mind better than a walk along the Antrim coast, preferably in the pouring rain.
