Time to confess

NOW that at last the British government has admitted the people shot on Bloody Sunday were innocent civilians and that they could not justify the unjustifiable, perhaps it would be worth considering the next logical step.

Does it not make sense that the UDA, the UVF, the Provisional IRA and all the other organisations that also killed innocent civilians acknowledged their own culpability in the carnage in which they were involved.
