Power grab

BASED on what I witnessed at the Passport Office in Molesworth Street, Dublin, and elsewhere, I can only conclude that, unknown to me, the unions have snatched the power to govern from Leinster House.

The new seat of power has crossed the Liffey to Liberty Hall.
