TO cancel once is unfortunate, to cancel twice is careless. I’m sure Oscar Wilde would forgive the paraphrase.

I, on the other hand, will not forgive the huge inconvenience caused by the Fastnet Line’s second cancellation of its Cork-Swansea ferry service. Oh, and here’s another: we have nothing to declare but our incompetence
