Distracting us from the real problems

I IMAGINE there are tons of letters on George Lee’s resignation – here’s mine from Japan:

I would hope that all those who enter politics do so with a high degree of idealism.

However, if everyone was as intractable as George Lee, government would not function. He seems unsuitable for government and a poster boy for the phrase “He who can’t, teaches”.
