Media must tell truth about ill effects of drugs

I WISH to thank Dick Barton for the excellent letter headlined ‘Media should tackle the pill merchants (October 26).

It is indeed high time the Irish media started to bite the bullet and reveal all the serious adverse reactions psychotropic and other prescription drugs can cause.

People need to know the truth to make informed decisions.
